🎯 Selection Process
- No Exam or Interview
- Selection is purely based on merit – average of marks obtained in 10th and ITI
- In case of a tie:
- Candidate with older age will be preferred
- If age is same, candidate who passed 10th earlier will be selected
- Shortlisted candidates (1.5x of total slots) will be called for Document Verification (DV)
